Never did I feel any pressure to buy, they always genuinely made you feel we're here to help you. For the record I was buying remotely from Europe and very nervous! Joan sent me option for my budget with some wiggle room. For every property I liked they did a complete video walk through with us, even checking and opening cupboards, appliances and the shower!
